Cancellation Of Services (Terms for Cancel / Reschedule / Refund)

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – What You Should Know

Sometimes plans change — here’s how cancellations, reschedules and refunds work with us:

Booking & Deposit
  • A deposit (or booking confirmation) may be required to reserve your move date.

  • The deposit amount and terms will be clearly specified in your quote / agreement.

Cancellation by Customer
  • If you cancel at least [X] days before the scheduled move date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit (minus any charges for time/materials already committed).

  • If you cancel within [X] days or less of the move date, or after loading has begun, a cancellation fee may apply equal to part or full amount — as specified in your contract.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or our contact form) and must include your order details (name, service date, booking reference).

Rescheduling
  • If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate new dates depending on availability.

  • Reschedule changes may require a revised estimate and additional charges if services or rates have changed.

  • You may be allowed one free reschedule (if within reasonable notice), but additional changes may incur a fee.

Cancellation by Us (Company)
  • In rare cases (e.g. carrier/unforeseen circumstances), we may need to cancel or postpone your move. If so, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative scheduling.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, acts of God, government restrictions, etc.).

Refund & Deposit Return
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the same method of payment you used for deposit.

  • If any services (packing, materials, special services) were already provided before cancellation, charges for those will be deducted before refund.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • Provide:
      – Your booking reference / order number
      – Original moving date
      – Reason for cancellation or reschedule

  • Confirm cancellation in writing and request written confirmation from us.

Important: Always read your agreement (bill of lading / contract) carefully — cancellation and reschedule terms may vary depending on the services booked (standard move / packing / storage / long-distance, etc.).
