Sometimes plans change — here’s how cancellations, reschedules and refunds work with us:
A deposit (or booking confirmation) may be required to reserve your move date.
The deposit amount and terms will be clearly specified in your quote / agreement.
If you cancel at least [X] days before the scheduled move date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit (minus any charges for time/materials already committed).
If you cancel within [X] days or less of the move date, or after loading has begun, a cancellation fee may apply equal to part or full amount — as specified in your contract.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or our contact form) and must include your order details (name, service date, booking reference).
If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate new dates depending on availability.
Reschedule changes may require a revised estimate and additional charges if services or rates have changed.
You may be allowed one free reschedule (if within reasonable notice), but additional changes may incur a fee.
In rare cases (e.g. carrier/unforeseen circumstances), we may need to cancel or postpone your move. If so, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative scheduling.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, acts of God, government restrictions, etc.).
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the same method of payment you used for deposit.
If any services (packing, materials, special services) were already provided before cancellation, charges for those will be deducted before refund.

– Original moving date
– Reason for cancellation or reschedule
Confirm cancellation in writing and request written confirmation from us.
